Introducing Our New “Find My Style” Bridal Appointment

At our boutique, we truly love being part of every bride’s journey, whether that’s helping you take your very first step in trying on gowns or being there when you say “yes” to the dress of your dreams. Every moment matters to us, and it’s a privilege to share in these special experiences.

As many of you will understand, the cost of running a small business has risen considerably in recent years. While that’s part and parcel of today’s world, it does mean we’ve had to think carefully about how to ensure we can continue offering every bride the time, care, and attention she deserves.

We’ve noticed more and more brides booking appointments simply to explore styles, with no intention of finding the one. Which we completely understand to a point. Finding “your look” is a huge part of the bridal journey, and it makes sense to want clarity before making such a significant investment. However, as much as we adore being part of this step, we also need to balance our time and resources so we can keep our doors open for all brides. It also isn’t fair for our time and expertise to be used if the ultimate plan is simply to purchase a dress online.

That’s why we’re excited to introduce our brand new “Find My Style” Bridal Appointment.

This 1-hour appointment is designed especially for brides who want to discover which silhouettes, fabrics, and details suit them best, without the intention of purchasing a gown on the day. You’ll still receive the same dedicated service and styling advice from our team, but with the understanding that this is a discovery session. Our standard bridal appointments are tailored for brides who are ready to find their dress, but this session is designed purely for exploring what feels right for you. Giving you the freedom to try different looks, experiment with styles, and gain clarity on what feels most...you.

Of course, we know that not every bride who visits us will ultimately find the one in our boutique, and that’s perfectly okay. However, it’s important to remember that when you book a bridal appointment, whether with us or any other bridal shop. It should be with the genuine intention of finding your dream dress and making the commitment. If that’s not your intention right now, then this alternative appointment style is the perfect fit for you.

We also want to be transparent; a gown tried on in our boutique will never truly compare to an imitation ordered online. For example, a beautiful tulle A-line dress with delicate floral appliqués in our collection will look, feel, and move very differently to a mass-produced version purchased from the internet. The fabrics, the craftsmanship, the structure, and the details simply aren’t the same. That’s not to say you shouldn’t purchase online if that feels right for your budget or priorities, and if quality isn’t the deciding factor for you, that’s absolutely fine. But if you fall in love with a gown during your appointment with us, it’s important to remember that an online version won’t offer the same experience, finish, or quality.

And here’s the bonus: if you do happen to fall in love with your dream dress during your “Find My Style” session, your £20 booking fee will be fully redeemable against a made-to-order gown.

The “Find My Style” appointment ensures that expectations are clear on both sides: you have the freedom to explore, and we can continue giving every bride the boutique experience she deserves. Because at the end of the day, whether you say yes to your gown with us or not, we still want to play a meaningful part in your bridal journey.
